The power transmitting capacity of the belt is achieved by frictional grip, which is the wedge action of the belt between the pulley faces. . As the flanges of the pulley open or close, the belt will be forced either up or down in the pulley, producing a larger or smaller working pitch diameter which in turn will increase or decrease the revolutions per minute of the shaft upon which the pulley is mounted.

a) NYLON SANDWICH BELTS
We are manufacturers of Nylon Sandwich Flat Belts. We offer a range of such belts that are suitable for Grinding/ Cutting/ Abrasive Skiving/ Knurling/ Hobbing/ Milling etc Machines. The Nylon Sandwich Belts have a layer (layers) of nylon fabric (the carcass material) sandwiched between two layers of cover material. Covers are made of material like Rubber, Leather, Silicone etc.
These belts are characterized by the Nylon layer Thickness/ Type between the cover material and also with respect to the cover material.
• Make: NYLO-GRIP brand, joints made using state of the art heat pressing machines and imported adhesives (NITTA Japan)
b) TRULY ENDLESS FLAT BELTS
For very high speed drives, we offer truly endless flat belts i.e, belts without joints in Megadyne, Mitsuboshi- Flexstar (T150 series) , BGK make.
These belts are used in grinding machines, drums and SPMS where high RPM is to be achieved in the drive.
c) PU ROUND BELTS/ POLY CHORD BELTS
We offer various belts with coating/ cleats/ profiles/ attachments as per client requirement for conveyor cum transmission purpose. The coating material can be rubber. PU, Silicon as per the feeding/ conveying requirement. The coating/cleat is mould finished on the base belt (Timing Belt / Poly V Belt/ Nylon Sandwich flat belt).

The joint of the belt would be built in the weaving itself, which makes it harder to break and hence are known as truly endless woven belts. These are used in spinning mills, textile mills, garment industry, knitting industry, woolen mills, sewing machine motors, Laser engraving machines. Cotton Twisted belts are used in Pharmaceuticals and food industries. We also deal in regular size Perlon ropes.
