RUBBER CONVEYOR BELTS
NyloGrip Conveyor belts cover a wide spectrum of types and applications. Our special bonding techniques ensure very high adhesion levels between cover to ply and ply to ply, achieving superior belt consolidation and higher peel resistance. Better transverse flexibility of our belts allow deeper troughing, improving volumetric transfer capacity of the conveyors and at the same time higher longitudinal flexibility allows use of smaller pulleys and reduced flex fatigue.

PVC CONVEYOR BELTS
PVC Bare Bottom Belts: For General duty conveying applications. 2 layers of PVC cover with single/two/three or more plies of Polyester fabric. The bottom cover is of low noise impregnated Polyester Fabric Bare. Food Grade Belts (Fillers confirming to FDA) available in this range.
PVC Bottom Grip Belts: For General and heavy duty conveying applications. 2 layers of PVC cover with single/two/three or more plies of Polyester fabric. The bottom cover is of Polyester Fabric- PVC Grip Pattern. The belt is used when there are multiple rollers in the conveyor. Food Grade Belts (Fillers confirming to FDA) available in this range.
PVC Diamond Top Belts: For General duty conveying applications. 2 layers of PVC cover with single or two plies of Polyester fabric. The Top Cover will be chequered pattern to give friction to the products conveyed. The belt is used in Bag Checking Conveyor, Treadmills etc.
PVC Rough Top Belts: For General duty conveying applications. 2 layers of PVC cover with two or three plies of Polyester fabric. The Top Cover will be of super grip PVC as in the image to give friction to the products conveyed. The belt is used when there is elevation in conveyor from ground level.
Other pattern belts are also custom built depending on the customer requirement. The pulley diameters are valid for a hot vulcanized splice and at the indicated belt force. Depending on the splice and working conditions (e.g temperature), different pulley diameters may be possible or necessary. When fasteners are used, the minimum diameters are increased by approx 50%.

PU belts
Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) which NyloGrip uses for the coating of its belts has many outstanding properties. Obviously the TPU's wear resistance - which is far greater than any other plastic or rubber materials (or even steel!) - makes it the most prominent candidate for the coating of conveyor belts for all types of industries. Chemically inert and extremely resilient, this innovative material is now also used for example as the base material of fully implantable artificial hearts, withstanding at least 180 million beats over a 5- year period ! Safe and durable, polyurethane simply outlives the product life span it is used in.

This type of silicone conveyor belt consists of a rubber coating which is applied to one or two layers of Glass Fabric. Since it is resistant to many chemicals, greases and oils. they are used for ascending conveyors and as a cooling conveyor belt for sticky masses such as caramel, nougat, granulate or adhesives.

MODULAR BELTS
Since their introduction more than 30years ago, the popularity of plastic modular belts has grown steadily. Constructed of injection-molded modules and hinge rods, plastic modular belts are positively driven and tracked by plastic sprockets. This positive drive and tracking system eliminates slippage, preventing damage to the belt’s edge and the potential for product contamination or premature belt failure.
